Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Spa Manager to oversee our spa operations and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty and wellness industry, possess strong leadership skills, and drive sales to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day spa operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through retail sales and services.
- Recruit, train, and supervise spa staff to deliver high-quality services and maintain a professional environment.
- Monitor and manage the spa's budget, expenses, and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Implement marketing initiatives to promote spa services and increase customer retention.

- Familiarity with social media marketing and how to use the platform to promote the business and attract customers
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly.

- Background in marketing and content creating is a plus

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management, budgeting, recruiting, and store management within the spa or beauty industry.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and customer service.
- Knowledge of retail sales strategies to drive product sales within the spa.
- Ability to market spa services effectively to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
