At SkinGenuity LLC, the sales team is key to our continued development and growth objectives within the USA. We’re leading cutting edge innovative regenerative medicine start-up company seeking a qualified, motivated, and accomplished Territory Sales Manager who can help build, develop and manage the New York and New Jersey market.
The ideal territory sales manager has deep experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, deal closing, training acumen, and able to offer white glove customer service. We are looking for a candidate who is a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills, a successful track record having an existing book of business with an extensive network of relationships.
This role demands a sense of urgency and a leader who has a sharp mind and ability to approach their territory strategically and economically.
Objectives of this role
• Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our products and technologies
• Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them
• Train, motivate, and advise customer practices.
• Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts
• Generate leads and network with non competing industry representatives by establishing and nurturing relationships
Responsibilities
• Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's reach throughout the USA
• Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
Onboard customers, perform trainings, open house events, and or educational symposiums
• Set objectives, train, coach their customers, and monitor inventory
sell through performance
• Identify and provide analysis of territory and provide quarterly business plans to develop forecast and achieve revenue targets.
• Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily or weekly check-ins with VP of sales to set objectives and monitor funnel progress
- Operate the territory within the expense budget provided economically to maximize the return.
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing sales process to coincide with quarterly promotions
• Travel regularly and strategically within the territory to achieve new sales and provide superior customer service.
• Attend and coordinate local or regional trade shows, conventions, open houses, meet and greets as needed.
• Report progress of customer lead generation, funnel development, scheduled events and trainings while evaluating individual performance
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
Required skills and qualifications
• Five or more years of experience in managing sales in a
corporate setting
• Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Superb leadership ability
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Experience in the Aesthetics industry a plus, or at minimum in the health care arena
Preferred skills and qualifications
• Public speaking experience
• Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
