Fine Dining Server

Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Server to join our esteemed restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and a keen understanding of upscale service standards. This role requires an individual who can provide exceptional customer service, create memorable dining experiences, and contribute to a sophisticated atmosphere.

Requirements:

• 7 years of hospitality experience
• Upscale restaurant background required
• Familiarity with Greek & Mediterranean cuisine is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service, our guests are treated extremely warmly here!
• Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience & maximize sales potential.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff, bussers, and food runners to ensure proper food preparation and timely delivery of orders.
• Handle guest inquiries or complaints with professionalism, striving for complete guest satisfaction.
• Operate the POS system efficiently.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of upscale dining service etiquette and standards.
• Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
• Experience in sales techniques to effectively upsell menu items.
• Familiarity with nightlife dining environment is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in service delivery.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
• Experience serving diverse guests, from business meetings to social events

Schedule:

• Fridays & Saturdays: 4 PM – 12 AM
• Two rotating weekday shifts

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $82,596.00 - $86,943.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
