Skinspirations is an aesthetic and regenerative medical practice with a reputation for excellence in both the customer experience we provide and the best results possible. We provide multiple laser and injectable treatments, fat and plasma therapy, body contouring, skin care services, hormone replacement, musculoskeletal treatments, and more.

We're looking for a full-time and a part-time Medical Assistant who also will help with marketing on all social media platforms.

MA Responsibilities:

• Plan treatment room use based on the type of treatment & time required for turnaround
• Set up/ break down rooms & change out multiple pieces of equipment
• Assist with treatments, draw & process blood
• Take clinical photographs utilizing specific settings and positions, download & catalog photos, & email to patients when requested
• Autoclave instruments
• Handle maintenance on all lasers & devices & arrange repairs
• Maintain stock in rooms & order all medical supplies
• Explain patient instructions & answer all incoming medical questions
• Manage back-office inventory
• Work closely with front office staff to handle last-minute scheduling changes
• Contribute to daily social media marketing

Job Requirements:

• Current Florida resident residing within 25 miles of Clearwater
• At least three months of phlebotomy experience
• Experience in equipment sterilization and sterile technique
• Excellent written & spoken communication skills
• An interest in aesthetic & regenerative medicine
• Proven customer service skills
• A pleasant demeanor with a clean, well-groomed appearance

Experience with esthetic treatments, lasers, and photography is preferred but not required.

Skinspirations' business hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Wednesday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Saturday, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM.

Salary: $16.00 to $19.00 /hour
