Patient Care Coordinator Marketing Specialist

As the Patient Care Coordinator Marketing specialist you will be an integral part of the SkinWell & Co. team. You will oversee seamless reception operations - including coordinating patient appointments, manage inquiries and ensure a welcoming environment for our patients. You will also be responsible for brand management through social media and marketing strategies. Listed below are the general responsibilities for this position. This full-time position will be fast-paced and a key role for providing exceptional care for our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a polished and professional personal image
  • Greet and welcome patients, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
  • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, ensuring optimal scheduling efficiency and client satisfaction, including follow up and maintenance appointments
  • Maintain appropriate communication and good interpersonal skills with management, staff and clients to ensure coordinated efforts and provision of high quality service and customer satisfaction
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls with exceptional intrapersonal skills
  • Monitor voicemails and clinic email throughout the day
  • Ensure clinic is tidy and presentable (per opening and closing checklist)
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Med Spa's services, treatment options, and pricing.
  • Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email to address patient inquiries, concerns and requests promplty and professionally
  • Provide thorough and knowledgeable explanation of all procedures and services in order to maximize each sale and optimize schedule for appointment
  • Perform sales transactions and daily cash outs to ensure high standard of accuracy: ie. Stripe, Cherry, Alle, AR (manage pt wallet, memberships)
  • Knowledge and understanding of medical spa services and of medical-grade skincare product lines carried and pricing
  • Participate in general planning of seminars/events and/or educational trainings as scheduled
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new treatments, and emerging technologies in the field of aesthetics.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
  • Inventory management of medical grade skincare
  • Marketing and promotional activities, such as organizing events, preparing marketing materials, and managing social media platforms.
  • Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing strategies for an SW social media account: Crafting and posting content, engaging with customers and followers, analyzing and optimizing ongoing campaigns
  • Staying updated with the latest social media trends
  • Brand management and online presence
  • May be required to perform additional job-related duties as assigned by management.

  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with medical staff and other team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.

Scheduling Requirements:

  • Must be available to work 5 days per week
  • Must be available to work from 8:300am-5:00pm each day with the possibility of altered buisiness hrs including Wednesdays 10am-6pm

Compensation: Benefits:

  • Hourly rate $21.00
  • Monthly skincare sales bonus opportunity
