Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive maintenance and repair, providing exceptional customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Perform oil changes, tire services, and other routine vehicle maintenance tasks
- Diagnose and repair automotive issues using the latest diagnostic equipment
- Conduct vehicle alignments to ensure proper handling and tire wear
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and recommendations clearly
- Upsell additional services or products to customers when appropriate

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a mechanic or in automotive service is preferred
- Proficiency in automotive diagnostics and repair techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of sales techniques to promote additional services
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
