We are seeking a Office Help to join our team! You will perform sales and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

• Draft correspondences and other formal documents
• Create letters, send samples for potential customers
• Follow up with potential customers after samples have been sent
• Answer & direct inbound telephone calls
• Develop and implement organized filing systems
• Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong attention to detail
• ​Strong organizational skills
