Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Office Help to join our team! You will perform sales and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
SKM is a proud member of WBENC and many other small, women-women, minority-owned business accreditations. SKM Industries Inc. was established in 1980 manufacturing correction fluids and other office products, over the years SKM has developed and grown into their vast catalog that now includes industrial markers, grout products, glass & lens cleaners, household products, hand sanitizers, office products and much more.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Create letters, send samples for potential customers
- Follow up with potential customers after samples have been sent
- Answer & direct inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Full or Part Time
