Job Overview:
Under the direction of the Clinical Director, supervises various program staff including any program and shift supervisors and direct support professionals to ensure a well-run, safe, and therapeutic program that meets the needs of the children and supports them in obtaining their goals.

Requirements:
Knowledge/Experience:
A Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field from an accredited college or university is preferred; non Human Service degrees will be considered. Previous supervisory experience is required. A minimum of two years experience working with the student population in a residential setting using a behavioral model is preferred. Skills/Physical/Working Conditions Must possess a valid Kentucky Carolina Driver’s License. Must possess efficient computer skills. Must be able to train others. This position requires on-call responsibilities. Must complete all phases traininig, including Safe Crisis Managment and De-escalation training. Must demonstrate availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, emergencies, and extended periods of time.
