Skullcandy is Hiring a Sr Manager of Growth and Digital Marketing Near Park, UT

The Sr. Manager, Growth & Digital Marketing is responsible for leading all aspects of Skullcandy's global digital marketing initiatives to drive growth, increase brand awareness, and maximize revenue opportunities across owned, earned and paid digital channels. Reporting directly to the VP, Direct to Consumer, this is a key role within the Direct-to-Consumer leadership team.

Primary Functional Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives, utilizing channels such as SEO, paid media, email/SMS marketing, affiliate marketing and influencer partnerships.
  • Drive Customer Acquisition and Retention: Utilize data-driven insights to optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies, including customer segmentation, personalization and lifecycle marketing programs.
  • Manage Paid Media Campaigns: Oversee the planning, execution, optimization of paid media campaigns, in partnership with growth marketing agency.
  • Analyze Performance Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, provide regular reporting to senior leadership, and identify areas for optimization and growth.
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and incorporate innovative approaches to enhance Skullcandy's digital presence and competitiveness.
  • Manage Team and Vendor Relationships: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, as well as oversee relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure successful execution of digital initiatives.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Required Work Experience: 5 year experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce.
  • Experience in affiliate marketing and influencer partnership program development.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and brand engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience managing paid media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) and digital marketing platforms
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Brand marketing mindset with prior experience in board sports and/or consumer electronics industries a plus
  • Deep understanding of online consumer journey, with acquisition, conversion, and retention at the forefront
