The Operational Data Analyst will be responsible for reporting and analysis with a focus on supporting company operations. Analysts will be tasked with projects to drive performance across various departments and functions.

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to gather and understand operational data requirements, analyze operational data and drive company performance
• Assist in collecting, organizing and validating data from diverse data sources
• Utilize data analysis tools such as excel, SQL, and tableau to support data cleansing, data manipulation, data organization and data analysis
• Contribute to the preparation of reports, dashboards and presentations that provide insights into operational trends and key performance indicators
• Support process improvement driven by data analysis
• Collaborate with team members to address data-related inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and assist in data integration projects
• Adapt to a fast-paced, collaborative environment and seek ways to contribute to team success and growth.

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Bachelor's degree in data science, business analytics, mathematics or related field
• Understanding of data analysis and key data concepts
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL and Tableau or Power BI (or related programs)
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
• Enthusiasm for gaining exposure to the casino, gaming or hospitality business
• Eagerness to embrace challenges, learn from experienced professional, and grow within the field of data analysis
