Overview

The assistant manager will work directly with guests, providing courteous friendly, and professional assistance while enforcing Sky Zone safety rules. He/she will also help train other team members and will act as the first line supervisor. When you join the team, you join the FUN!

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing in a retail/restaurant/entertainment venue
• Leadership experience managing young part-time staff
• Outgoing, energetic and friendly personality - customer facing skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Organizational, follow-up, and multitasking skills are a must
• Willing to grow in a high-growth organization
• Experience with employee scheduling and cash handling
• First Aid and CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities including, but not limited to:

• Maintaining Sky Zone policies and procedures in all aspects of the business
• Performing the functions of team members when necessary
• Ensure the safety, cleanliness and overall appearance of our facility
• Enforce / ensure ALL safety rules
• Other management duties as assigned
• Ability to perform facility inspections and maintenance as directed
• Ability to do manual work
• Ability to enforce rules and regulations
• Physical agility and strength required
• Ability to coach and train staff
• Ability to handle and resolve problems in a positive manner

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
