```Duties:```
- Monitor and supervise activities in designated areas to ensure the safety and well-being of participants
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain a safe and orderly environment
- Respond promptly and appropriately to any incidents or emergencies that may arise
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing participant inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and incidents

```Qualifications:```
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with participants, parents, and staff members
- Experience working with children in a structured setting is preferred
- Knowledge or experience in basketball or sports coaching is a plus

This position requires individuals who are attentive, responsible, and able to work well in a team environment. The ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize safety is essential.
