- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain a safe and orderly environment
- Respond promptly and appropriately to any incidents or emergencies that may arise
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing participant inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and incidents
```Qualifications:```
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with participants, parents, and staff members
- Experience working with children in a structured setting is preferred
- Knowledge or experience in basketball or sports coaching is a plus
