Barback

Job Description:

As a barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bar staff and ensuring smooth operations in our establishment. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting bartenders in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bar area, you will also be responsible for helping to set up and break down the bar before and after service, as well as assisting in maintaining inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area, including cleaning glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.

- Restock bar supplies such as ice, liquor, mixers, and garnishes during service hours.

- Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after service.

- Help maintain inventory levels by keeping track of stock and communicating with the management team.

- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their orders and ensuring a positive experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a barback or similar role is preferred but not required.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

- Strong teamwork and communication skills.

- Attention to detail and the ability to follow directions.

- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
