### Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer/Porter to join our team. As a Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities. This is a vital role in maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for our employees and visitors.

### Duties:

- Perform general maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and repairing equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or repairs needed
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of events or meetings
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

### Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience and skills:

- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks
- Ability to maintain and repair various types of equipment
- Ability to fabricate or modify parts as necessary
- Experience in facilities maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage tasks and prioritize work
