SkyBridge Aviation is hiring an Airfield Operations Manager to start immediately.

These are Direct Hire positions with competitive pay and benefits.

Job Requirements:

• Performs and manages airfield operations and management functions supporting F-16 training.
• Be familiar with Rapid Runway Repair options and operations.
• Be familiar with international airspace system, flight plans and ICAO procedures.
• Be familiar with navigational aids and weather prediction and reporting.
• Follow safe work practices and procedures.
• Report hazards or potential safety risks.
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Skills/Qualifications:

• USAF 7-level certification
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to make sound administrative and procedural decisions and judgments.
• Ability to foster a cooperative work environment. Ability to plan, develop and coordinate multiple projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.

EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as USAF Airfield Management, Air Traffic Control, or related
• AFSCs (or DoD equivalent from the other Services), or as a contractor at an airbase with fighter aircraft operations managing airfield operations functions.
• Experience in OCONUS, non-US airfield operations within the last 15 years is desired, but not required.
• Experience with F-16 flight operations is highly desired, but not required.
• A US Secret clearance is NOT required but is desired.
• Must have passport

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $34.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 60 – 72 per week
