Job Description:

SkyBridge Healthcare is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing qualified healthcare professionals in various medical facilities. This position offers hybrid work opportunities and requires occasional odd hours to meet the demands of our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities for Recruiters:

• Collaborate closely with Account Managers to understand divisional hiring needs and job specifications.
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies to cultivate a pipeline of qualified candidates aligned with our supported skillsets.
• Manage a high volume of outbound calls to effectively engage with qualified candidates.
• Partner with Account Managers to present candidates to clients for placements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process and during contract employment.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience:
• Recruiting experience preferred but not required.
• Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
• Skills and Attributes:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work occasional odd hours to meet client and candidate needs.
• Demonstrated ability to put in the work and achieve results.
