The Director of Human Resources Role
The Director of Human Resources holds the responsibility for overseeing the overall human resources staff and functions, including the day-to-day operations of hiring, staffing, coordination of health benefits and welfare-related issues, labor relations, learning & development, and financial obligations within the HR budget. Additionally, the Director of Human Resources plays a crucial role as the leader of Culture and Relations. Reporting to the General Manager with a dotted line to the Head of Human Resources North America.
