This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estimator at SkyBuilders USA. The Estimator will be responsible for daily tasks related to estimating construction costs, including quantifying and pricing materials, preparing bid documents, and collaborating with the construction team. This role also involves coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, reviewing project drawings and specifications, and providing accurate cost projections. Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques
• Experience in estimating construction costs and preparing bid documents
• Proficiency in using estimating software and tools
• Ability to read and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
• Professional certifications in estimating or construction management (a plus)
