Summary:

As the Assistant Station Leader, you'll play a vital role in supporting our company goals and objectives. You'll lead a team dedicated to delivering airline ground transportation services, ensuring safety, efficiency, and exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to transportation and schedule management teams.
• Manage business unit operations, including revenue reporting, budget planning, and talent management.
• Prioritize safety and enforce "Safety First" policies and procedures.
• Develop and execute effective daily and weekly work schedules to meet business needs.
• Coordinate activities to achieve "Raving Fan" service levels and exceed client expectations.
• Oversee recruiting, training, and performance management processes.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and office policies.
• Build strong relationships with internal departments and customers.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Experience: Prior experience in transportation or related industries ( Hospitality) is a plus.
• Dispatch Knowledge: Familiarity with dispatch operations and scheduling procedures.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated strong leadership skills, with the ability to hire, fire, supervise, and lead a team effectively.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Project Management: Ability to prioritize, implement, and manage work schedules and projects efficiently.
• Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Business Acumen: Strong business acumen with the ability to make informed decisions that drive business success. Knowledge of P&L a plus
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; a second language is helpful.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Physical Requirements: Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
