Skylands Medical Group, a member of Consensus Health, is looking for a full-time Advanced Practice Nurse to support their Home Care department.
Skylands Medical Group is a primary care based, community based, multi-specialty medical group. We are experienced in responding to our communities' changing needs by providing appropriate quality health care in a cost-effective manner throughout the Northern New Jersey area.
Skylands Medical Group is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Nurse to provide patient home care throughout Morris County in New Jersey.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse licensure in the state of NJ
- Must be familiar with EHR/EMR medical charting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with physicians, nurses, staff, and patients
- High degree of confidentiality and professionalism
- Compassionate and approachable
- Reliable transportation to provide care in patients' homes
