Skylight Business Solutions is Hiring a Corporate Recruiter Near Bluff, AR

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing Recruiter located in Pine Bluff, AR.

The Manufacturing Recruiter will be responsible for tasks associated with recruiting and hiring manufacturing professionals, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. The Manufacturing Recruiter will also be responsible for managing candidate relationships, maintaining recruitment databases, and staying up to date on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruiting and hiring for manufacturing positions.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing industry trends and best practices
  • Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems.

SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS

SAP Business processing system experience (preferred)

Pay: $59,156.30 - $71,241.99 per year
