Job Description
Seeking construction Assistant Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience. Proficiency in the following required:
- Project planning and scheduling, able to create schedule in MS Project or similar
- Must be able to read drawings, have understanding of plans, sections and details and how they work together to illustrate the project scope
- Understanding of submittal process, able to create submittal list from project specifications
- Understanding of RFI process
- Experience with ProCore, able to use ProCore for drawings, submittals, RFI’s, etc.
- Understanding of AIA format billing
Our firm’s focus is on exterior restoration work, so a candidate with knowledge of this work type is preferred. Candidate should have experience with the following:
- Knowledge of basic DOB site safety requirements
- Knowledge of masonry construction types
- Basic understanding of common roofing systems
- General knowledge of exterior restoration work types and practices
