Job Summary
Reporting to the Vice President of Information Technology, the position of Enterprise Application Analyst plays a crucial part in supporting our mission of “Inspiring people to create impactful experiences” by ensuring that our enterprise applications are effectively aligned with business needs, enabling seamless and innovative solutions that enhance user engagement and operational efficiency. Part business analyst, administrator, and project manager, this position supports our enterprise applications in coordination with other business and IT resources.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
50% - Business Analysis
· Analyze and define business processes to develop or align technical solutions to business and operational needs.
· Evaluate enterprise application software upgrades, identify the current and future-state business processes, analyze, test, document, and communicate new functionality.
· Assess the risk of various enterprise applications and provide input into prioritizing competing business demands.
· Collaborate with business users to understand and address technology deficiencies and new business needs.
· Document business processes and enterprise applications workflows.
· Manage ongoing relationships with business to help drive satisfaction with IT services.
30% - Applications Administration & Support
· Perform various user administration tasks across multiple enterprise applications.
· Conduct periodic usage and licensing audits to ensure optimal use of resources.
· Manage vendor relationships, including budgeting, SLA management, and issue resolution.
· Monitor and assist with general IT support issues when necessary.
20% - Project Management
· Provide end to end project management of enterprise applications projects.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to outline an enterprise application’s project goals, deliverables, risk mitigation strategy, and success criteria.
· Create detailed plans that include timelines, scope, and budget.
· Direct the work of other project team members.
· Track project milestones to ensure compliance with schedule, scope, and budget.
· Facilitate project meetings, develop project status reports, and deliver any other tasks necessary for project success.
Qualifications
· Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT and enterprise applications administration and support.
· IT experience in a manufacturing and/or logistics environment.
· Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
· Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex processes.

Work Environment
· This role is located in Eagan, MN and is a 50/50 hybrid position. 100% remote will be considered for out-state candidates.
· This role may require up to 5% travel.
