Position Title:Lead I&D Technician

Summary

This position has primary responsibility for providing complete setup and pack down of customer booths on the show room floor. In the lead role, this position will work directly with the customer and be responsible for understanding customer requirements and directing the work of other I&D Technicians.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Set-up and dismantle product at trade show events per job jacket.

• Strive for customer satisfaction on the show floor by completing the job to the customer’s expectations. 

• Responsible for the coordination of labor for fulfillment.

• Coordinate and ship all orders back to requested destination.

• Select the appropriate alternative shipment requirements when needed.

• Prepare all necessary paperwork for post show comments and additional costs that need to be invoiced.

• Providea high level of customer service to ensure timely delivery to the customer.

• Other tasks as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Time management and organizational skills

• Troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge of Skyline products

• Excellent communication with all levels of management and production personnel

• Initiative and follow through

Minimum Education/Certification

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

Minimum Experience

• Minimum 3 years of I&D experience

• Strong Customer Service skills

• Strong communication skills, verbal and written

• Initiative and follow through.

• Dependability/Professionalism.

• Skyline product knowledge strongly desired

• Previous supervision experience a plus

• Lifting a minimum of 50 lbs.
