Role Description
This is a contract role for a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to our valued customers. Your day-to-day tasks will include handling customer queries and complaints, resolving issues, providing product information, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a remote position.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
- Experience in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Familiarity with customer service software and systems
