AM: Open availability to work an 8.5 hour shift anytime during store hours of 3 AM - Midnight

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide excellent guest service. Nothing is more important than being courteous, friendly, helpful, and prompt in the attention given to guests.
• Understand the menu selections and be able to suggest items based on customer needs
• Support shifts to ensure accurate and timely production, service times, and flow.
• Maintain good morale by maintaining a professional, positive atmosphere.
• Ensure informed communication with management and employees both verbally and via utilization of the 7Shifts Log.
• Support brand standards during scheduled shifts.
• Follow operating procedures regarding cash handling, ensuring cash control by correcting errors and watching for/reporting mistakes or theft.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must currently hold an active TABC license, or be willing to obtain one upon hire
• Genuine interest in providing a positive guest experience
• Prior food service experience 
• Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role 
• Must be eligible to work in the USA
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle stressful situations
• Must be able to pass a 10-year criminal background check
• Minimum age – 18 years of age
• Ability to learn and understand basic food practices & recipes

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours. Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting products and supplies weighing 20 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds as well as repetitive hand and wrist motion. Work with hot, cold, and some hazardous equipment.
