Responsibilities and Duties
Shaping various types of dough into hoagies, loaf breads and baguettes. This process will utilize machine and hand shaping techniques to ensure the products are made into the correct sizes and shapes. Since this is a food production facility, you must be willing to comply with our GMP and SQF standards. These standards ensure the reduction of risks throughout all of our processes
