SkyRose Rejuvenation Clinic & Spa is seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our team on a part-time basis with the potential for full-time employment. Our spa offers a range of aesthetic and wellness services, including weight loss treatments, Botox and fillers, and IV hydration services. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and personalized care to our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a variety of esthetic services, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other skincare treatments.
• Consult with clients to assess their skin care needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Perform advanced treatments such as laser hair removal, microneedling, and other specialized procedures.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
• Keep accurate records of client services and treatments.
• Educate clients on proper skin care routines and products to maintain and enhance treatment results.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the esthetics industry.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Current and valid Esthetician License in the state of [State].
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in a professional spa or medical setting.
• Proficiency in performing a variety of esthetic treatments and services.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality services.
• Flexibility to work within specified hours (Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM).
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with medical spa treatments such as Medical Grade Chemical Peels, Dermaplaning Facials, Hydrofacials, Waxing, Hyperpigmentation, Acne, etc.
• Certification in advanced esthetic procedures (e.g., laser hair removal, microneedling).
• Knowledge of diverse skin types and conditions, with an emphasis on inclusivity and personalized care.
