Compensation:

$19.00 - $20.00 per Hour

Job Description

Sky Run RMNP is looking for a Maintenance Tech. Our ideal candidate is dependable, attentive, punctual, engaged and self-motivated.

Maintenance Role:

Troubleshoot and fix common household maintenance items

Basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall and painting

Review and prioritize work orders

Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner

Coordinate, call, and communicate with vendors as needed

Work directly with other maintenance techs and the front office personnel to fulfill guest and owner maintenance requests

Must be willing and able to perform manual labor duties including snow shoveling, mowing or other physical duties as required.

 Requirements

· The ability to multi-task and communicate well with other employees is a must for this position

· Comfortable using a computer

· Clean, professional appearance

· Ability to lift 50 pounds

· Detail oriented

· Ability to speak English fluently- Spanish is a plus

· Must have a valid driver’s license

· Past experience in hot tub or pool maintenance is preferred although not required

· Good communication and customer service skills

· Flexible schedule a must

· Must be able to work weekends, evenings, holiday and on call
