Responsibilities

• Handle and coordinate active calendars
• Ensure file organization based on office protocol
• Enter data accurately into our management system
• Process policies, endorsements, reinstatements, and cancellations
• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of all products offered by the agency
• Work closely with other staff members and provide necessary information in a timely manner to account managers and producers
• Provide ad hoc support around office as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
