Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer with 10 years of Experience to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be responsible for leading, designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java Spring Boot development and proficient expertise in IBM Financial Transaction Manager (FTM).
Responsibilities:
Architect and design robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions using Java Spring Boot.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Develop and maintain integrations with IBM Financial Transaction Manager (FTM) to support financial transaction processing.
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Proficient expertise in IBM Financial Transaction Manager (FTM) or similar financial transaction processing platforms.
Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
Experience leading and mentoring a team of software developers.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Certification in Java or IBM Financial Transaction Manager (FTM).
Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
