As we enter a new phase of growth, we are looking for a proactive Sales Operations Specialist to continue on this journey with us.

THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Specialist to support our growing business by optimizing sales processes, enabling sales teams, and enhancing collaboration across departments. In this role, you will be responsible for streamlining the quote-to-order process, ensuring data accuracy within our CRM and ERP systems, and facilitating cross-functional communication between Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams.

This role is based in our Amsterdam headquarters.

YOU’LL MAKE IMPACT BY

  • Ensure accurate and efficient data management within the CRM system, including lead routing, opportunity management, and forecasting.

  • Provide training and support to sales team members on sales processes, tools, and best practices.

  • Support the sales team in creating accurate quotes for potential customers, ensuring pricing and product configurations align with company policies.

  • Facilitate the quoting approval process by liaising with relevant stakeholders, such as finance, legal, and supply chain teams, to ensure timely and accurate approvals.

  • Coordinate with Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams to confirm product availability, lead times, and delivery schedules.

  • Manage and maintain CRM and ERP systems to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and efficient quote-to-order processes.

  • Develop and maintain standardized templates, tools, and processes to streamline quoting, order processing, and system management.

  • Communicate with customers about delivery timelines, product requirements, and any other relevant information to ensure a positive customer experience and maintain strong relationships.

  • Maintain a contract register for all recurring contracts, including associated contract renewal processes including ensuring timely receipt of customers PO’s prior to contract anniversary

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, quoting, or system management within a hardware or manufacturing environment.

  • Strong understanding of CRM and ERP systems (preferable Dynamics) and their application in sales operations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify areas for improvement and develop creative solutions.

  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

  • A genuine team player who is motivated to achieve objectives and overcomes challenges through close collaboration and coordination with other teams.

  • Fluency in English.
