Hi,
We are currently hiring for Full Stack .Net Developer - Locals Only ( Des Moines, IA) . Seeking someone with a .NET/C# background and well versed in OData. Candidates will need to work in the local Johnston, IA market (can come from outside the area, but the position requires onsite work). Work through the end of the year with strong potential to extend into 2025. .This is a hybrid position. Please find the JD below and apply.
Position Title: Software Developer
Position Type: Contract (through the end of the year)
Position location: Johnston, IA (Hybrid Schedule of 3 days onsite/2 days WFH)
Responsibilities:
Perform work as a full-stack developer on an agile team to develop, maintain, and support multi-tier high performance web based and .NET desktop applications.
Follow and promote software engineering s coding practices and standards
Work closely with the Business Analyst to understand business requirements and workflows.
Use problem solving skills along with focused attention to detail to efficiently develop high quality applications.
Help ensure that projects are developed in accordance to FS&D s Software Engineering architectural and UI/UX and development standards
Differentiating factors RxJS expertise, REST API expertise, Azure experience
Skills / Experience:
Education and Experience:
BS or higher computer science/software engineering
4 years of experience as a full-stack developer
Competencies:
Experience using established engineering methodologies through all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Knowledge of common coding languages and frameworks. In particular, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, .Net, Angular 8 , and SQL
