As an ACT Supervisor , you will provide dynamic and collaborative leadership and supervision to a multi-disciplinary community-based team. You will supervise the delivery of case management, therapy, skill building, substance use, physical health, and crisis intervention services.

Job Duties:
•Provide direct clinical services to support program operations and provide coverage to team members
•Guide risk mitigation and crisis prevention strategies using a harm reduction approach
•Participate actively in performance improvement initiatives
•Ensure that clinical records are accurate, current, and meet service regulations
•Provide direct clinical services to support program operations and provide coverage to team members
•Supervise assessment and treatment plan documentation and oversee the implementation of medical necessity/Medicaid guidelines
Job Requirements:
•Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field, required
•LPC or LSW, required
•Valid Illinois driver's license and insurance with an acceptable driving record, required
•Previous experience working in Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), required
•Supervisory experience in Community Behavioral Health, required
