- Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep the property grounds clean and well-maintained.
- Maintain lawns, trim shrubs, palm pruning, etc., to enhance the overall aesthetic of the property.
- Remove debris, litter, and other hazards from common areas, walkways, and parking lots.
- Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment, ensuring proper usage and safety protocols.
- Identify and repair minor plumbing issues, such as leaks and clogs.
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of electrical fixtures in common areas.
- Perform touch-up painting to maintain the appearance of buildings, fences, and other structures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and Supervisors regarding tasks and projects.
- Report any issues or concerns related to the property grounds to the Lead Maintenance Technician.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while performing property grounds keepingduties.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be available to work early morning hours including 5am during the summer and 6:30am in the off season.
- Must be available to work full- time and be available to work unscheduled hours to respond to unplanned and/or emergency work, including nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift 75 pounds without difficulty, stand for long periods of time, and work in a variety of conditions including heat, cold and rain.
- Must be able to climb ladder, sometimes multiple trips up and down in all weather conditions.
- Must be able to bend down and reach repeatedly or look straight up for an extended period of time in all weather conditions.
- Must have knowledge of basic tools for plumbing, electrical, painting, and general tasks safely and efficiently.
- Must have an outgoing attitude and the ability to exhibit great guest service.
- Proven attention to detail and follow-throughwith excellent organizational skills for keeping detailed records, reports, and logs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
- Must be organized, responsible and able to prioritize tasks.
- Must be able to work efficiently with and without close supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Previous experience preferred.
