About the job:
SLA Executive Search is seeking a dynamic Research & Marketing Associate to join our team in our Manhattan office. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in executing our business development strategy. This will require executing industry research to generate market reports and other product deliverables.
We are in search of an entrepreneurial individual who is a problem solver and motivated to create new solutions. As a small business, this individual will play an important role in contributing to SLA’s successes.
Responsibilities:
Market Research: Conduct industry research on prospective clients and candidates in our three core industries of investment banking, investment management, and corporate affairs.
Learning & Development: Gain experience with various digital marketing software and tools including LinkedIn, Canva and SLA’s proprietary CRM to develop market color on candidate and client leads.
Document Preparation: Prepare materials synthesizing research for content and team discussion.
Client Understanding: Develop a strong understanding of our clients and effectively assist with business development, pitches, and client meetings.
Collaboration: Partner with senior team members on senior-level searches, consulting on shortlists and researching target firms
Reporting: Create and manage reports to track and analyze marketing activities and performance.
Marketing Support: Assist with various marketing duties, including social media management and campaign execution.
