Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Associate to join our team at a Quick service fast food restaurant. As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, while providing exceptional service to our customers.

Duties:

- Assist with food preparation, including food handling and sanitizing, to ensure a high level of food safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and handling standards.
- Operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely service.
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor at all times, promoting a welcoming environment for customers.
- Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and other standards.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a Quick service fast food restaurant or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and handling practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing time effectively to meet customer needs.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with cash handling and sales procedures.
