Responsibilities:

- Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and plating.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer requests and concerns.
- Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve our goals.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergens to effectively assist customers.
- Follow proper food safety and handling procedures to ensure the safety of our customers.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in the food service industry, preferably in a fine dining or restaurant setting.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a welcoming and professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and food safety practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move equipment and supplies as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in bartending a plus.

Skills:

- Experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and preparation practices.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Experience in bartending is an asset.
