Slalom Consulting is Hiring a Project Manager Near Miami, FL

This is a hybrid role (not eligible for 100% remote) based out of Tallahassee, Florida.

Our teams go beyond the expected to help clients move confidently through ambiguity and risk and drive more transformative outcomes. Our team in Florida is looking for a Tallahassee based Project Manager to join our team.
What You'll Do
  • Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring coordination of shared resources, common activities, and other dependencies across all projects
  • Lead and manage complex, multi-disciplinary teams providing transformational solutions to clients
  • Ensure that project deliverables can be integrated to become the overall result (product, service) and are fit to deliver the expected benefits
  • Maintain the client relationship and keep the client and stakeholders engaged in the project (ie: status reporting, issues management, and risk management)
  • Support the development of internal processes, documentation, and knowledge sharing
What You'll Bring
  • 10 years of project or product management experience, previous consulting experience is preferred.
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Deep knowledge in all phases of the technology project lifecycle including the identification of the business problem, business case, and project plan development through project management, financial management and closeout
  • An ability to identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.
