Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the hourly pay range is $40 to $55/HR depending on experience. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. What You’ll Do
- Plan and Conduct User Research Studies: Develop comprehensive research plans and corresponding methodologies to gather user insights
- Analyze Data: Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights and inform design decisions
- Create Design Artifacts: Develop personas, user journey maps, and other design artifacts to communicate research findings effectively to stakeholders
- Advocate for the User: Champion the user’s perspective and ensure user-centric design principles are integrated into the product development lifecycle
- Manage Research Projects: Independently manage research projects, handle a backlog of research requests, and act as a utility player within the team
- Minimum 2 Years UX research experience
- Strong research skills with a proven track record of conducting user research studies with examples of recent work
- Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights
- Experience creating personas, user journey maps, and other design artifacts
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple research projects and requests independently
