Job Title: Temporary Specialist, International Benefits (Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles)
This job posting will close by Thursday, August 15th at 5:00pm PT, or when the position has been filled.Slalom is looking for an experienced benefits administrator living in the US to temporarily support until the end of this year our international benefit operations i. This role will work closely with other members of the global benefits team, our People Business Partners, Shared Services, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams along with external vendors and insurers. This person will assist our people-first culture by supporting employee benefit offerings that are competitive, compliant, scalable, and fiscally responsible.
We are looking for a US-based individual who is comfortable in a large, matrixed, global organization, and experienced in administering benefits in different countries.

The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

What You’ll Do
- Support the day-to-day administration of the company’s benefits offering in Canada including retirement, healthcare, leaves of absence, disability, family care, and other services.
- Support benefit operations in APAC.
- Support benefit operations in South America
- Provide strong customer service for our colleagues with respect to complex benefit issues.
- Audit payroll and vendor files
- Create and share census files with insurance carriers
- Manage monthly financial compliance
- In partnership with Global Benefits team colleagues, support other projects and initiatives as required
- Basic understanding of international benefits in a large-scale organization.
- Proficiency in Workday, including writing test scripts and performing testing
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and other analytical tools
- Experience utilizing ServiceNow for benefits inquiries
- Strong customer service, communications, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
