We are a locally owned, fast growing, premium express car wash operator. We are seeking a highly motivated General Manager (GM) for a brand new car wash location we are building in the Presidio shopping center. As a GM, you will help ensure that the location assigned to you meets and exceeds the organizations standards in leadership, customer service, safety, quality, operational excellence and financial performance. Responsibilities:

• Ability to successfully recruit and onboard new employees, train and coach staff, schedule employee shifts with strict adherence to overtime policies
• Build and enhance Slappy's friendly, customer-oriented atmosphere
• Perform activities around employee engagement, performance management, and recognition
• Maintain a focus on growing sales volume and increasing site profitability
• Manage operating P&L metrics and understand how expenditures/costs impact business margins and pricing
• Ensure execution on all store goals for memberships, volume, maintenance, claims, labor hours, ratings, turnover, etc.
• Ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly checklists as required
• Maintain frequent and accurate maintenance logs and identify potential issues quickly
• Ensure the site follows all approved safety procedures
• Ensure the site follows all approved vehicle damage claim procedures
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned, building a culture where every member works together to achieve the same goal

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year plus monthly and quarterly incentive bonuses
