Slappys Management Services Llc is Hiring a Customer Service Attendant ("CSA") Near Fort Worth, TX

Customer Service Attendants ("CSAs") welcome customers to our Express Car Wash with a friendly, positive attitude. CSAs are responsible for helping customers choose the appropriate wash/membership, answering questions, and performing routine maintenance/upkeep on the site. Career advancement opportunities are available within Slappy's Car Wash for motivated individuals. CSAs will go through extensive training, receive frequent evaluations, and be rewarded for exceptional service. We're excited to add to our growing team!
Specific responsibilities include:
  • Provide excellent customer service by being friendly and talking to customers about wash options, packages, etc.
  • Handle vehicles with extreme care and build a culture where every member works together to achieve the same goal
  • Work with an amazing team in a fun environment to ensure the wash is operating effectively, customers are happy and their vehicles are clean and dry
  • Help maintain the location’s appearance and cleanliness
  • Safely and efficiently load every vehicle with clear hand signals and a smile
  • Upkeep the condition of the car wash by performing cleaning tasks such as taking out the garbage, unclogging vacuums, sweeping the lot, and using a pressure washer to clean the wash bay
  • All CSAs represent Slappy's to customers and must adhere to uniform and hygiene expectations
  • Follow all safety procedures and policies
In performing the duties of this position, CSAs are frequently required to stand and walk throughout the workday, use their hands (including lifting heavy objects), and climb ladders or balance in certain situations. CSAs must be able to work in damp and humid conditions and outdoor conditions where temperatures can exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit during the summer.
All Slappy's locations are built with an air-conditioned office and stocked with refreshments and snacks. The outdoor conditions can be challenging during certain periods of the year, but we do our best to provide a comfortable, fun working environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
