SLB is Hiring a Quality Engineer Near Mobile, AL
- Interact with customers on quality-related topics or issues.
- Lead all efforts to resolve customer complaints.
- Ensure internal and external quality requirements are understood, communicated, and required documentation conforms with the source requirement.
- Ensure completion of internal and external parties as related to contractual requirements Collaborate with Value Stream and Site Quality Leaders to develop and deploy standard practices for process improvement
- Train and assist on the proper use of the 7 Quality Tools
- Conduct of lessons learned procedures.
- Drive to continuous improvement activities
- Experience and knowledge in ISO 9001 and API 17E
- Possess a strong Quality background with working experience on critical quality tools like Pareto Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Statistical Process Control, FMEA, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certifications (or proven experience) Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Quality Management System Lead Auditor
- Bachelor's degree in STEM
