## Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor is a crucial member of the team who is responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction, and performing a NIGHTLY AUDIT of the business day. The ideal candidate should be self motivated, we need someone who will find things to do rather than sit and watch the clock tick.

## Duties

- Conduct night audit procedures efficiently and accurately

- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift

- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

- Manage phone systems and assist with reservations

- Perform financial tasks such as balancing accounts and preparing reports

- Ensure the security of the property during the night hours

-Confident enough to act as the Manager on Duty.

## Qualifications

- Previous experience in night audit or hospitality management preferred

- Proficiency in phone etiquette and customer service skills

- Knowledge of front desk operations and guest relations

- Flexible enough to handle a fast paced and/or slow paced environment.

- Bilingual skills are a plus for better guest interactions

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.50 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
