Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify and resolve any maintenance issues
- Perform repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, pool and spa, carpentry, drywall etc..
- Maintain and repair all machinery and equipment
- Supervise and coordinate contractors for larger maintenance projects
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
- Assist with general cleaning and upkeep of the facilities as needed

Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems
- Proficiency in reading schematics and working with logic controllers
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff, guests, and contractors
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Basic electrical, plumbing and carpentry knowledge is required
