Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

People:

  • Be a role model to all members of your restaurant management teams and employees, leading with impeccable character and ethics.
  • Create a best-in-class training environment, utilizing Front Porch to ensure all team members are equipped to execute the brand with excellence.
  • Use industry systems and unique skills to grow your people and deliver future leadership to the organization.
  • Hold teams accountable to our mission, vision, and values with positivity and a firm, constructive hand when necessary.
  • Create systems and processes to teach GMs how to properly staff their restaurants on a daily, weekly, and periodic basis.
  • Understand and implement systems and processes that lead to low turnover and high retention.

Strategic:

  • Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct, and evaluate your area of restaurants and their performance on an ongoing basis to ensure you are always operating above guest and shareholder expectations.
  • Lead and develop all people-related functions for a team of 260 to 400 people (4-6 locations), ensuring a unique, people-first culture.
  • Participate in the development of the company's plans and programs as a strategic partner and thoughtful leader.
  • Use your skills as a restaurant professional to grow top-line sales through best-in-class execution and hospitality.
  • Embed yourself in the community to be a brand ambassador and identify opportunities for local store marketing and recruiting.

Operations:

  • Ensure restaurants are "Sparkle" clean, delivering a “Looks like New” quality to all aspects of your facilities at all times.
  • Deliver food quality that exceeds guest expectations, achieving satisfaction scores for food-related items in the top 10% of Franchise Operations.
  • Coach management teams to deliver food service times that exceed company expectations.
  • Implement systems that deliver results meeting or exceeding budgeted targets for all key components of the P&L.
  • Achieve best-in-franchise Operations Assessment scores and support an outstanding relationship with the Franchisor and its representatives.

Job Title: Restaurant Area Manager

Reports To: Vice President of Operations

Compensation:

Salary will be based on level of experience and skillset within the salary range provided below:

▪ $80,000k -$110,000 base salary/ plus bonus
