Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the spa
- Oversee and support spa staff
- Develop and implement innovative ideas to enhance client experience
- Perform body contouring treatments (training provided)
- Handle sales and client consultations
- Ensure smooth operation through effective delegation and team management
Requirements:
- Proven management experience in a spa or similar environment
- Strong sales experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Willingness to learn and perform body contouring treatments
This is a working management position, where you will balance administrative duties with hands-on body contouring treatments. Pay is salary plus commission.
