Job Description
Indirect Purchasing
· Review and Convert Requisitions to Purchase Orders (Menu name - My Purchasing Document Items)
· Order Office/Coffee Supplies
· Order Manufacturing Supplies (machine tape, stretch wrap, polyliners, glue, misc labeling, etc.)
· Order Janitorial Supplies
· Order Sanitation Chemical Supplies
· Order LAB Supplies
· Order Safety/PPE Products
· Order Safety Shoes
· Utilities (GL Coding)
· Order Maintenance Supplies
· Change/Update PO's- incorrect unit price, move date for backorders, cancel due to stock unavailability; missing charges: i.e. Freight, Pallets, Tax, Fuel, Surcharges (Menu name - Change Purchase Order - Advanced)
· Set up New Indirect Vendors
· Copier Service - upon request
· Light Filing
Blocked Invoices
· Review and work with Receiving to resolve (PO not received, Qty discrepancies, item not on PO, missing charges, incorrect vendor #)
Misc. Plant Responsibilities
· Coffee (Office and 4011 Warehouse)
· Track Office Supply Inventory
· Janitorial KeepStock
· Front Desk: Check in Temps, Contractors, and Visitors; and provide GMP's
· Month End Accruals
· Licenses/Permits
· Mail Distribution
Requirements:
SAP experience is required. At least 2-5 years of Experience as a Buyer
